After years managing businesses and building brands for IT and Telecom enterprises, we saw the potential for real, meaningful change in the way companies recruit their talent. A mix of social and economic trends has upended the HR equation; companies can no longer afford to view their employees as merely resources, and instead must adopt a more holistic perspective of the employee as an individual, a human being.

Organizations are taking a deep, hard look at their core values and adjusting them to suit a changing work landscape. They’re finally ready to think beyond the bare basics of financial compensation and take responsibility for issues like the environment, climate, employee well-being, satisfaction and fulfillment in a way that makes a positive impact on the world.
