When we look around us or talk to people in various organizations such as governmental authorities, manufacturing and consumers companies, transportation and construction industries, one question preoccupies everyone – where have the workers gone? Where do the young Israelis work? It seems that they chose to exclude themselves from entire industries. Is it possible to bring them back and how?
